AirPods 5 have the H2 chip, Active Noise Cancellation and Personalized Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking. Adaptive Audio automatically adjusts noise control to your surroundings, Transparency mode lets outside sound in when you need it, and Voice Isolation and Conversation Awareness make sure the person you're talking to hears you clearly. They are dust, sweat and water resistant to IP57.

They come in two versions. With the standard charging case (USB-C), the battery lasts up to 4 hours on a charge, or up to 20 hours with the case. With the wireless case (USB-C), it lasts up to 5 hours, or up to 22 hours - and that case also charges on an Apple Watch charger and Qi chargers, has a speaker for Find My and supports swiping the stem for volume. Five minutes in the case gives about an hour of listening.

With Live Translation they translate conversations in real time, and Siri is available hands-free.
