What do you need in order to apply?

   Minimum requirements

   To apply you need to be employed or a pensioner, with a monthly salary/pension of more than 20,000 RSD. If you are employed, you must have been with your current employer for at least 6 months.

   A valid ID card or passport and a proforma invoice

   You need a proforma invoice issued by the retailer. If your ID document does not contain your residential address, a document containing that address is required.

   Monthly bank statements in PDF format, if you do not receive your salary at Raiffeisen bank

   You need to attach the last 3 monthly statements for the account into which you receive your salary, in electronic form.

   Phone number on the domestic network

   This phone number will be used for verification and further communication.

   Device with a camera

   A computer or phone with a camera and sound is required for a short video call with a bank agent during identification.
